Why Attend Leadership Convention?
Each year, Leadership Convention by NAAAP brings together hundreds of Asian and Pacific Islander (API) leaders for professional development, networking, and community building.
Learn and Lead
Listen to inspiring keynotes who have already traversed the long road and have stories and lessons to share. Attend executive development and professional skills sessions to reach the next level.
Strengthen Your Network
Forge authentic relationships with leaders and professionals in industries you are in or want to know more about. Deepen bonds through informal interactions at our many networking events during the day and evening.
Celebrate Culture
and Community
Experience unforgettable moments unique to the API community as we recognize NAAAP Honorees (NAAAP 100 for lifetime achievement, NAAAP Pride for LGBTQ+ impact, and NAAAP Inspire for promising up-and-comers). Be mesmerized with performances and enlightened with culture.
Fulfill Your Personal Growth
Explore your interests, build your brand, employ frameworks for success, and discover how to create balance in your professional and personal identities.
